Not feeling that great today. I don't feel good and I am so tired.

I haven't been sleeping well. I think its because my body is not getting enough nutrients to keep up with my new active lifestyle. I think I am going to try to add more food today and i took vitamins.

Most likely I am not eating enough. I think I might have gotten too strict with what I have been eating. I eat all the time but they are all 1 or 0 point foods at the most 2 points. I am afraid to increase it because I don't want to shoot up.

I am having a hard time balancing eating healthy with eating enough but not too much. Any pointers are helpful.

Are you eating a lot of high fiber foods, fruits and vegtables? If not then that's what you should try to eat. I hope that helps.

It certainly is a balancing act. Getting enough (but not too much) sleep is an essential part of any diet/exercise routine...best of luck! I find that meditating/being fully conscious on my smaller portions makes me appreciate those smaller morsels because if I'm watching TV/movies I'm distracted/hypnotized from seeing the beauty of my meal and convinced I need more afterwards.

I'm not sure what to tell you but do your research. Feeling tired and not sleeping well is not good. You want to be at your best so that you can do your best. Don't give up. Goodluck.
