I lost 1.8lbs this week! YAY! I'm am so excited. I am .1lb away from my pre-pregnancy weight in 2006!
260.1 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 31 May 2009:
1618 kcal Fat: 55.67g | Prot: 65.67g | Carb: 211.81g.   Breakfast: Special K Red Berries Cereal, 2% Reduced Fat Milk with Vitamin A & D. Lunch: tuna fish salad, White Bread, gelatin dessert with fruit. Dinner: Ketchup, meat loaf made with beef, Yellow Sweet Corn (Whole Kernel, Drained Solids, Canned), Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), knorr creamy garlic shells. Snacks/Other: dreyers. more...
