Good morning FS friends 😊👋

I just typed an incredibly long, soul-searching post and then accidentally deleted it all....ackkk! I hope the rest of the day goes better 🤦‍♀️

Choices...it all comes down to choices. Dozens of them throughout our day. Choices about WHAT we put on our plates, how MUCH to put on our plates, how OFTEN to put something on our plates, the SIZE of the plate even! It's those little, individual choices though that determine the shape of that downward line on the weight graph and our ultimate success at looking & feeling our best.

I truly wish each one of you a day of positive choices, little victories and renewed determination. This is the ONLY place I feel I can express my feelings about food & fitness (without anyone rolling their eyes) and I THANK YOU for providing this 'safe place' 💙🙏

@melissa...each of those zillion decisions seems so trivial (at the time) and inconsequential but each healthy decision is actually $ in the proverbial bank! 💙

@DJ...this app provides the format to talk about these healthful things that maybe nobody else in our individual environments wants to hear about. Especially if we've been on this journey for a long while...family & friends that aren't concerned about their weight are just plain sick of hearing it, right?? 😉
