YAY! 6 pounds in the first week! I am so excited. I haven't had fast food all week! The first few days were hard because I was hungry, my healthy foods weren't hitting the spot. But, I am feeling better and now am definitely more motivated! YAY!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
