Communication breakdown. I had a mtg starting at 6pm tonight and going to 8pm. So I had to get Ms.G's dinner plated before 6. Beat that deadline by 5 minutes! Woohoo. As soon as my mtg started, she texted, "Women's mtg at church tonight." Ugh. Well, its in the fridge, now. The English muffin under all the salmon, tomato and cucumber will be pretty soggy by the time she gets to it. Mine is a rather massive vegetarian noodle bowl with soba, red beans, broccoli, red bell pepper, zucchini, and shredded green cabbage.
