I went through my calorie deficits from this past week, and, according to how many calories I burned, I should have lost 4.7 pounds. I only lost 2.8, though. That made me think that maybe my HRM is overestimating how much I'm burning. I mean, it always has the right heart rate, I check to make sure it does every so often.
It's hard to set burn goals when your HRM might be lying to you. :|
Oh well. I guess all there is to do is keep watching what I eat and working out. I know the weight will eventually come off with what I'm doing everyday, I just like to be in control of the process.
