Wooo Hooo......for the first time in 6 years I am below 200 pounds...Feels great to accomplish this goal.....looking forward to shedding 20 more pounds....I think these will be the hardest of all.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 April 2011:
1392 kcal Fat: 59.17g | Prot: 117.56g | Carb: 109.88g.   Breakfast: spinach, Low Carb Multi Grain Bread, feta, Egg White, Coffee. Lunch: chicken breast skinless, Lite Northern Italian Dressing, Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, Canned), Avocados. Dinner: jacks salsa, cottage cheese, quinoa, spinach, veggie burger. Snacks/Other: butter, strawberries, popcorn air popped, Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), peanut butter, dannon greek yogurt, muscle milk light. more...
