The last two days the scale has been between 57.3-57.4 not quite sure why I've gone up by 200 grams but that's just daily fluctuations I guess.
its been a very bad eating weekend, I'm not really sure why but I've really struggled with wanting to eat. yesterday was particularly bad.
I also probably have not been drinking enough water as well.
let's see how the rest of this week goes :-)
