I eat eggs 3-5 days a week, 2-3 at a meal. Scrambled, scrambled w cheese, a variety of omelets & frittatas, deviled, boiled to use in tuna salad, fried. I typically go thru 6 dozen in a month.

0. Sometimes I buy them already hard boiled. Every couple months I may scramble some. I whisk them with a little milk.

Average at least 10 a week, fried, scrambled, omelets & frittatas, hard boiled especially with kalamata olives, in tuna, for French crepes, egg salad, deviled eggs, for potato salad. I probably eat more eggs than anything else. Prefer organic pastured eggs, but settle for organic free range which only means they have access to a little dirt.

I eat one boiled egg everyday, and have been for seven years. My cholesterol, BP and HR are perfect.

@areegelaraby cholesterol in food doesn't directly effect the cholesterol levels in our bodies. It's the type and amounts of fats you consume that do.
