Wow, tonight was my first free range dinner. Had no clue what was in the potato salad or how much my piece of meat weighed. But I kept portions small, drank alot of water and ate lots of watermelon! Hopefuly I over exagerated on points in the diet calendar. Think I did okay really, even turned down ice cream and and chocolate candy!!!!!


Well, its another Saturday. Unfortunetly going to a Birthday Party at one pm, I say unfortunetly cause its at Chucky Cheese on a Memorial Weekend. I'm going to go crazy and my boys are going to be totaly wound up!!! Afterwards, I hope to go to the inlaws to visit, and maybe go see a movie tonight with the kids. I'm glad to be down another pound. Drinking lots of water seems to be really helping.

good job! water is really a major factor. you don't realize how much it keeps you from "hanging out" in the kitchen. lol! good luck at chuckies, that place is nuts! maybe you can get the boys to play enough that they might want to take a nap?? have a good weekend!
