Almost a year ago I managed to lose 20kg by myself, without any help or meal replacements. I just ate less, healthier and workout every day. Now I gained 12kg and I am almost back to my bad habits and is getting harder and harder to get back to healthier eating. I want to start feeling good about myself again. I want to feel happier.
235.9 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 99.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

I guess its great that you can do something about it before you gain back the full 20kg, and that you have noticed the weight gain. Good luck with it all!
