so i guess my fit foods is working well so far. im in love w/ thier food and really doing well not to overeat even last night on a cheat day i didnt go over my RDI
230.8 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
