Its only been a few days now since I took my diet serious. I started following the Atkins Plan. The new book makes it so much easier to understand and follow. In just a few short days my energy levels have shot way up. And the insomnia I've been struggling with for the past year is no long a issue. I did read that ones diet could be the cause of insomnia, that seems to be my case. So very thankful for a good nights rest without the use of sleep aids. Feeling happy alive and healthy and I'm ready to head out the door for a long hike. My scale haven't dropped but my cloths are already fitting better. This is the road I choose now.
