I struggled all year, didn't follow diet at all. Got married, went on vacation. I am slowly getting back down to where I was last time I dieted. I weighed myself this morning and was at 218. So looks like at my last entry I was at the exact same weight so I decided to write this down. I am finding that by logging my food each and every day helps, also log any exercise I do.
I have been trying to get up early and go to the gym each day. I didn't go to the gym at all last weekend, but other than that I have been able to get up each day. I went off and on while I was on the cruise, but pretty sure I gained all my weight back.
So now its on to get off the weight.
I have a goal to be down to 180 by new year's!
