Started counting calories today. I am switching from the WeightWatchers points system, which has pretty much dried up, as far as progress goes.
Today I weighed around 190 pounds (average) with no weight loss in a few weeks.
My ultimate goal (first goal) is 183 pounds (to match my Staples days).
Hoping to get there soon.
