I was drinking too much; probably around 6 oz a day; scotch through the week and Gin & vermouth martini on the week-ends. I just had a feeling that maybe my cholesterol was high along with blood pressure. So yesterday (Friday 4th of February) I decided to go aon the wagon for a while; no guarantees as I do miss that stuff.
I don't know if it's connected; time will tell, but I was waking up with one or both hands in a numb state and would have to work on them to get fingers moving.
2/7/22: Well last night I never had the usual numb hands issue, so maybe I'm on the right track.
