I started off at 220 I am now 190 I reduced what I ate started eating right cut out all sodas,drink lots of water I exercise 3 days aweek I speed walk 3-4miles then I'm on my feet all day at my job,I eat a lot of fiber.I was always athletic as a teen and young adult.I had 2 kids gained weight lost it then remarried and gained it all back,I let myself go.Nomore I want 2 be healthy and feel good about myself.
