I weighed in at WW today and I lost 3.2 pounds! I ate 2 bananas - 0 points and I just finished some ribs, broccoli and french fries. That was 24 points. So, I have 5 more for the rest of the day. HOWEVER, I completed 3 miles today so that should give me back a little somethin' somethin'....
