Did my 3 songs, different ones to mix it up, and I did find my decongestant so I'm feeling a little less like dying. Packed lunch and snacks for the day. Had breakfast: yogurt and a fiber bar. Feeling prepared for the day, which is better than I was feeling an hour ago. One minute at a time, one hour, one day... it's a huge journey, but I have to take it step by step.
