well I haven't really done much on this website in a bit but I haven't changed any kind of way I eat... I think I got actually discouraged bc I was noticing I don't eat alot and yet I am fat.. it sucks I will say I have quit drinking coffee other than getting one here and there from mcdonalds but other than that my coffee maker has been put up since march 12... I go to my nero next tuesday and when I do I am going to get put back on my ms meds.. which sucks big time... but also they are prescibing adderall or ritilin and stuff for my fatigue so that will do a double thing give me energy and maybe help me lose some weight... lets hope I am tired of this I used to be so skinny I mean like model skinny bones poking out the whole bit and now I am fat ....
