No idea why, but I seem to have stalled this week, followed same as last week but no weight loss. Very strange, ideas anyone ?
244.7 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Fast day today, maybe I might weigh every other day to keep an eye on things ?!

I find nothing worse than weighing every day.... In fact I do! Fast Days! How can anyone survive on less than 600 calories! Especially if I was exercising too, I am on a 3000 calorie per day diet (Built by myself) with half carb days (150g) three days a week to keep the metabolism guessing, and the pounds are falling off, just to put it into perspective :) I weight about every week or so and always lose!
