Fell off the wagon this weekend. Went to Dinner Friday and Saturday and Gained 1.4 pounds...uuuggghhhh. Thats ok, I am back at it today and ready to rock and roll at my workout. I will lose the 1.4 plus another 1.4.....by the end of the week, hopefully : )

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 April 2011:
1410 kcal Fat: 60.06g | Prot: 127.69g | Carb: 100.26g.   Breakfast: Mushrooms, Coffee, Egg White, feta. Lunch: FETA, Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, Canned), Avocados, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Dinner: chicken breast, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: wegmans peanuts, dannon greek blueberry, kashi go lean crisp. more...
