Just can't figure out this old body of mine. Had a large dinner last nigh that put me well over my net carb count for the day but,when I weighed this morning 1 1/2 down. Not going to record till my normal Tuesday as it could change. My work week starts today so I always do much better than days off.

Sometimes that is the shake up that our bodies need to 'trick' them.

When I splurge it usually takes a couple of days to catch up. Hopefully you're doing all the right things and it won't affect you.
