well so far so good, trying for a few days to watch my carbs, eat protein, and increase my water intake. my scale is showing a wt. loss, i hope it shows on the scale at my meeting on sat. i guess i've hit a plateau, but the scale all of the sudden isn't moving and i'm getting frustrated. i'm also trying to work out more. found some great exercise videos on a website called sparkpeople.com, it has diet info, recipes and the exercise videos(it's a free site) the work outs are short but very good. wish me luck on saturday(weigh in)
