I am so amazed at how the scale number affects me. I really, really, really wanted out of the 2 Teens this week, so was hoping for 208-209, but the bod wanted something else. So I ended up in the teens for one more week.
I can't help but believe that if anyone else was following my exercise routine, they would be losing weight like crazy. I have so bumped up my level of effort and time, I am hoping I don't max out. I am really tempted to wonder if I am cheating and I don't even know it...(Is it cheating if you don't know it?) I am listing all my food on the tracker, and I do have a few over 2000 days, but it sure does not seem like enough to really be affecting me the way it seems to be.
Well maybe I am destined to be a Russian Weight lifter type. I am trying to be happy with increased strength and overall fitness, but I still have to stare that number down each Tuesday night and wonder whats the hold up?
