Best diet day I’ve ever had I think!
Carbs 42%, protein and fats each 29%.
Sodium, cholesterol and calories right on the money. Only fly in the ointment: fibre. Waaay too low. But I will take it - and work on fibre tomorrow! All in all I’m pretty happy!
