didn't reach my goal (although i guess there's still a chance for a four-pound poop before midnight).
i hoped a couple of "indulge moments" this past weekend were offset by increased exercise opportunities; still, i had mentally revised my expectations so i'm happy with my progress.

194.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
