I have been on vacation for the last two days enjoying the company of my son, whom I haven't seen in about five years as well as visiting my new grandchild in the maternity area of the hospital. It has required a lot of driving that included too many restaurant meals as well as one Chinese buffet. It was yummy but I will pay the price.
