I seemed to have reached a barrier. I can't get past 157. It is like my body is resisting losing weight even though I excercise and eat healthy. I'm wondering if I might be eating too much cheese and avocado. I have been eating one whole alvocado for the past three days and been eating a good serving of cheese every day. I'm going to try today not to eat avocado or cheese and see if that makes a difference tomorrow in the scale.
157.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hello, I had a peep at your diet tracker and noticed you have not recorded your food regulary, tracking daily what you eat will help you gauge better whats happening :-) well done on your weightloss and happy losing :-)

thanks for the advice! That is a good point. I will make an effort to put down what I ate, so I can have a better feel for what is working and not working. Good luck in achieving your goal as well!
