Today will be my 11th day in a row of good dieting. I'm really pleased, more than pleased! I've put in place two or three elements that seem to be working well together -- a dessert that I like at night, daily exercise, and sticking to low cal foods. I'm gonna do it this time! I'll be at goal before I'm 43, and I'm lovin' it! Thank you, FS!
