〠Another good day. Last night I became SUPER hungry and couldn't fall asleep. So I ate, but not too much. Today I went 70 minutes on the treadmill. I'm losing! Pretty happy!

I find if I cannot sleep because of hunger I get up and make some oatmeal. It fills me up and I go right to sleep. It is comfort food for me. Maybe that will help next time that happens to you.

Actually I had some turkey. I think I was negligent yesterday about protein, and I got so light-headed and irritable from it. It really surprised me! But the turkey made me feel better immediately.
