Bought roast duck for lunch and had duck and salad at home rather than staying in Ipoh for lunch.
We had dinner at a restaurant in Ipoh, a birthday party, but just ate the mixed vegetables and the plain meat dishes (all of which had sauces of unknown origin). Still, it felt like we did OK, and we both resisted a tiny taste of the birthday cake.
