Brenda.nana sure! I soak black beans in salted water for a day, then simmer them for about an hour. At the same time, I am stewing chicken with vegetables, onions and garlic in tomato paste and vinegar in a large skillet. I also cook brown rice at the same time. Then I combine all the finished parts together in a huge pot. And I add an uncontrollably huge amount of Sriracha Chili Sauce during the serve. The whole process takes no more than an hour. The same can be done with ground beef or pork or turkey or without any meat at all, still delicious 😋

Dame Mayhem done! I forgot to mention that I cut chicken to medium cubes and marinate it with onions and garlic in vinegar and soy sauce and sometimes tomato paste for at least an hour, so meat is more tender.
