〠I'm taking the day off today, as far as treadmilling is concerned. I might do something else later, like take a walk with the kids or something. But my crew came today, and I always try to clean while they clean. So I'm going to try to keep my calories closer to 1200 today since I have no exercise to burn more cals. But I'm really happy with myself so far! I've been on a good roll!
I played a little handball with my son. Not good for the shins or wrists! But I still enjoy it, even though I'm sore. Maybe a half an hour tops. So I'll consider today my "day off" exercise-wise. Other than that, I have to say it was a stellar day!
