Sticking to working out 3 times a week sometimes 4 and walking more at work and taking stairs more often. Keeping on track with 1400 calories a day but the 175 carbs is a little hard to stay on some days.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
