I wonder how do u spread ur calorie intake thru the day? When do u eat the most: for brfs, lunch or dinner?
My concern is when I have 200cal bfst I'm most likely gonna pig out for dinner.. Maybe I should eat about 400cal for bfst so I don't starve myself to death at nite and go hunting in the fridge in a middle of the nite?

It all depends on how often you eat, and what you eat. If I have a bunch of fruit, I'll feel full even if I only eat 100 calories. Or I can eat 5 ounces of sushi-grade tuna, which is like double the fruit in calories and feel like I haven't eaten a bite. Perhaps eat things that take longer to digest at night so you feel full longer?

I eat between 5-7 times a day, every 2-3 hours. First thing in the morning is my protein shake and granola at 5am, then at about 8-9am it's cottage cheese or hard boiled egg with oatmeal, then at 10-11 it's my yogurt parfait, then at 12 is lunch, then at 2 it's apple/peanut butter/cottage cheese, then at 4-5 its either a small snack or dinner. This doesn't include my post workout shakes I have either. So I am constantly on a feeding fest. =X

@2mb: I eat 3 times a day + snack (sometimes). 9am, 2-3pm, 7-8pm. Bfst is usually cereal, lunch either apple hazelnut parfait or smth with protein, like tuna cake w salad. Dinner is always meat (chicken broiled, chili, beef or fish) with vegies. When I eat fruit by itself it makes me hungry like hell, probably cos I don't eat sugar. @Gerdik: wow u eat a lot! :) I tried eating 6meals a day - doesn't work for me. I can't eat tiny meals, I want more! LOL So basically, my calorie limit is 1400/a day and most of it (600-700) I eat for dinner cos feel so hungry! Should lunch be more heavy (cos u still have time to burn it) or bfst? Dinner def has to be light so I feel hungry in am. When I eat so much for dinner it goes rite to my ass and thighs - me no likey!
