I knew something was up when I weighed myself last Sunday. There was no possible way that I dropped 21lbs in a month and a half, especially since I was on a reduced calorie diet wih only 30mins of exercise 5days/week. Not only that, but my pants didn't feel significantly different; I noticed only a change in my mid section. I'm content with being 180 because I'm 21lbs lighter than what I was at first. i have a ways to go, but I'm confident that I'll get there!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
