I'm ready to stop eating crap and start looking good. I am now the biggest I have ever been and sick of it! Day 1: Let's go! Big breakfast and slowly have smaller meals throughout the day. AND I'm cutting wayyyy back on my alcoholic beverages and meat consumption. I have high hopes. I'm also coming back to exercising regularly. I miss it and the way it makes me feel.
Bikini body by summer? Let's hope! 3 mile run tonight. :)
