Starting over once again. Glad I have not broken into the 150's but I was so close back in October to my goal and haven't been able to get myself on the right track since I fell off the wagon. Everyday is a new opportunity and I'm not "starting on Monday". I'm here now acknowledging I've let things go way to far and as I train for my half marathon in October I hope to be back in the 130's for my race.
