Hi, Had a baby 6 months ago and I dropped 2 dress sizes because of the stress.
Then I got to understand my baby better and started formed a routine which we both love.
The weight gradually crept back one miserable kilogram after another.
Now I'm worse off than I started. It's like I hate my body sometimes... Tried Atkins for a couple of days and went on to binge like my life depended on it.
I tired of hating the way I look. I see pics of my former self and wonder how I got tot this point.
I know one thing is certain - I have a birthday coming up in November and I won't be like this anymore. Will make my daughter proud.
