You have to eat Sashimi....I get a little bowl of rice with it and eat just a little bit of it.......sushi is a great "diet" food though!

Hey Linda! Thanks for writing...I should have done the sashimi, but we were all eating together so I had to eat what everyone else was eating. We cannot leave the rice behind when we do all-you-can-eat! When I go with Steve, though, I will definitely do what you suggest. I can't wait to see the me that's been hiding under all this fat for all these years! xoxoxo
