Okay, so I've been abcent for some time because of stress and preparation with one last exam I had to complete. I've not been eating the way I should and that frustrates me but this morning I woke up and ate good and went to the gym. It's really surprinsing to see what the effect of just eating right can do! Well its great to slowly get back on track, it's hard work all the way from here on out. I hope all of you are well and staying motivated! Food is fuel! An engine won't run properly on bad fuel and a machine won't look good if it's run by a faulty engine. Haha, I'm not sure if that metaphor makes sense, but I'm sure you get the idea ;)
