400 gram jump up this morning. Not really sure what to make of it...
last night I did have a fairly salty dinner and a bit of an atkins bar which might have caused some kind of retention.
my stomach is a bit on the bubbly side this morning. fingers crossed this is a blip rather than an inching upwards of the scale which is what I've been a bit worried about.
tomorrow is my one year wedding anniversary so tonight we are going out for dinner. will still be low carb as much as possible. not sure about weighing in tomorrow.
It's my anniversary so if the outcome is not great then I don't want to spend the day thinking about it. Best to put of the next weigh in for a few a days from now.
