Okay today so far with food intake. Treadmill and walk outside, 10,729 steps, one hour 45 minutes total. September 1, so gonna try for minimum 10,000 steps a day for September, '21. Noom is over, finally. Restart WW? Thinking about it... New painting, just finished. Acrylic.

I am still with Noom. WW didn’t work for me. I like my Noom coach. I thought she was a robot. We instantly clicked and been holding me accountable with my goals and motivating me to keep focus on my goals.
