〠Today the kids went back to school after a week-long vacation, and I'm hoping that's what I need to pull me out of my recent stumble. Unfortunately, the stumble has really turned into a fall, smack down, hard on the ground, because I haven't been able to pull out of it. But I'm going to re-kickstart my progress with a good treadmill session. I'm off to start it. So I hope everyone on FS has a great day!
Well, I did go on the treadmill, and for longer than I thought I would because I wanted to watch a movie. So I walked 7.69 miles in two hours and ten minutes. I'm feeling good right now, although I hope I don't get overtired later.
Yay! Happy face for me! This was a great day! I went right back to work, and now I mean business! Four unsuccessful diet days, and now I'm back on track! Yippee!!!!!!!!
