I continue to progress toward my goal. Yesterday was a mess because I had committed a major block of time to purchase a new motorcycle so that meant that I couldn't carry a lunch or really stop to eat. We hit McDonald's and I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a diet drink. Still pretty high calorie count but that was all I really had time to eat.
Today is back on track with the program and working toward my goal of 200#s. (The new bike is awesome.)
