I've had an amazing morning. I have so much energy and I'm feeling so motivated. I'm going to go to the gym in about an hour. I can't wait to work my butt of in the gym. I'm hoping for good results, I only have 3 days before I weigh in. Even if I lose 1 pound I'll be happy, as long as I don't gain any! Wish me luck, I hope everyone is doing great!

Good luck to you! :) I'm sure you can do it and you are right... even 1-lb is a success and combined with the right attitude is a LEAP in the right direction. P.S. It's an amazing morning here too :) Sunny, cheery, spring-y ;) - very inspiring!
