Today i'm trying to balance my shakes and snacks to increase my fiber intake. woman should be getting 35 grams of fiber a day. I'm finding i'm not hungry as often so i'm really making an attempt to plan my snacks accordingly to make sure i get my fiber and protein increased appropriatly. I also don't want to put any more brain power into this plan than I already do.
I have another 4 weeks in my local challenge Herbalife group and I think i'll see better results in trying to keep my numbers where they need to be
