Another day of stagnation, but then again, I weigh myself in the mornings, and as I've been on nights (and eating through the night as if it was the day)I'm obviously going to be heavier! And what was funny, I only ate 1/2 pot of 0% Greek Yoghurt and 2 x boiled eggs!
Today I was invited out to dinner with my boyfriends family, and I had chicken, and vegetables. Unfortunatly the food came with a small amount of gravy on it, potatoes and a small stuffing ball. I gave away all my potatoes and ate my tiny stuffing ball (oops) so hence why I followed the diet "reasonably well"
Well I can hardly call 3 tsps of gravy and a small stuffing ball naughty! :P
Hopefully tomorrow will show some result! Kitty
