I am going to have whatever I want tonight...which really is actually healthy (ravioli w/spinach and home-made marinara) butttt the dessert is...volcanic fudge cake--one serving of course. I haven't had a sweet in a long time...slow-churned ice cream in my morning smoothie once in a while doesn't count.
